Froyo is one of the biggest lies we tell ourselves. Its yogurt, it’s healthy. Lies. Frozen yogurt usually has a lot of added sugar and flavorings. Avoid these at all costs.


Losing weight is not the most glamorous way to spend the summers. But at least you can enter winter in your best shape. Plus, it’s not even that difficult. These 10 tips can help you defy the laws of summer. Come out the other side looking fitter than you did at the start.
